It’s a powerful realization to recognize that feelings of self-pity are not from God as I found myself feeling sorry for myself during the past month, however it’s completely natural to experience moments of self-pity, especially when facing health issues, heavy responsibilities, and the demands of life and business. Those feelings are part of being human, and acknowledging them is a healthy step to become powerful in overcoming pitiful emotions!

Remember, in the Christian life, our worth and strength are rooted in God’s promises. Even in our weakness, His power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). During those times when feelings of overwhelm arise, turn your focus to gratitude for the blessings you have, and seek God’s wisdom, peace, and renewal through prayer.

You are not alone—God is with you every step of the way. He can transform your struggles into testimonies of His grace and victory. Keep moving forward, trusting in His strength and timing. The Christian life is victorious because of what Jesus accomplished on the cross through Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

Feelings might try to tell you otherwise, but faith reminds us of the truth – we are victorious in Christ! Embrace that truth, walk confidently in His power, and let His promises uplift you each day. You’re on a journey, and with God’s help, better powerful days are ahead.
